Our Story

Sycamore Ventures was founded in 1995 by Mr. Kilin To, Mr. Peter Gerry and the late Mr. John Whitman.  Our founders worked together successfully at Citicorp Venture Capital,with Mr. Gerry serving as President. Sycamore Ventures’ first two private equity funds were launched by our three founders while at Citicorp Venture Capital and spun off to our founders to manage as the genesis of Sycamore Ventures’ private equity/venture capital management.
