Charles Law

Charles was a senior partner of King & Wood Mallesons, one of the largest law firms in China since 2001. He focuses his legal practice in international investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and high-tech venture finance. Charles is a California licensed attorney since 1992. He has offered legal services to more than one hundred high-tech start-up companies in Silicon Valley and has represented US venture capital firms (such as Tiger Funds) making investments and conducting M&A in China. Mr. Law spent ten years in China assisting approximately twenty Chinese companies to file their IPOs in the United States. In 2014, he transferred back to the U.S. as the chief representative of King & Wood Mallesons to provide services and to assist Chinese state-owned enterprises, public companies, large private sectors in pursuing investment/M&A on a global scale. He is also an active angel investor since 1998.
