Mr. Tseng has been the partner in Asia-Pacific Region and Great China Region since 2017.  Sycamore Venture'', The founder of Bright Asia Investment Holdings Ltd. Was the Senior Director of The China Investment Association, the Managing Director in International M&A sector of Shanghai Fortune Link Investment Group 

Successful Projects: He has been Cooperated with Infrawind Eurasia in completing joint ventures with a number of domestic automotive and solar energy related cooperation in China.　Cooperated with Shanghai Fosun Group, Haitong Securities, Yamato Securities, Deutsche Börse, McQuarie (Shanghai) Investment, Pacific Alliance Investment to complete a number of investment and M&A projects。Completed cross-border joint venture intentions with Pitango Fund (the largest venture capital fund in Israel), and led the completion of $80 million cross-border M&A of Taiwan’s financial enterprise by an overseas company. More than 20 years of experience in investment services and has more than 15 years of operation experience in food, automobile, aviation financial services, software and electronic peripherals and high-end equipment enterprises
