David Pan

David Pan has founded Huapu Capital with  former executives of Huawei Technologies, Sycamore Ventures  and CTFO(002373), the China Transinfo Co. Ltd, the Chinese largest  smart transportation solution provider and the world 4th largest smart cameras manufactures and leading AIOT product and solutions. Huapu has been positioning in industry venture investment to seize the fast-growing opportunities in industry digital transformation  specializing in smart transportation, smart cities, ICVs.  IC of semiconductors new energy  etc.
Before joining CTFO Group as executive board director and CEO of CTFO in 2019,  David was working for Huawei Group for 14 years from management trainee to group vice president and the president of international market of MEA region.
David has more than 15 years industrial experience and the top expert in smart transportation ,smart cities and broad industry digital transformation domain. He has extensive contact in high-tech industry and related government agency of different level  both in China and MEA region.
David  received his Bachelor degree in Automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technologies and Master degree of business and finance management from Tsinghua University.
